COME SI PRENOTA E COME FUNZIONA PARCHEGGIO CAMPER
E’ obbligo informare che la zona riservata alla sosta dei camper non è un camper service né tantomeno un’area camper ma un parcheggio che per i soli giorni della manifestazione è utilizzato per parcheggio camper.
Richiedere la prenotazione è molto semplice, ma è importante che leggiate le linee guida per non avere brutte sorprese il giorno della manifestazione.
Le prenotazioni del parcheggio camper chiuderanno il 01 agosto 2019 alle ore 22:00. Le prenotazioni che arriveranno in seguito a questa data non saranno prese in considerazione.
Per riservare il parcheggio camper è necessario compilare in ogni sua parte il modulo informatico allegando la contabile del bonifico di avvenuto pagamento. Nella causale del bonifico dovranno essere specificati obbligatoriamente gli stessi nominativi e targa della riservazione. Le richieste che non avranno nominativo e targa corrispondenti non saranno accettate.

Successivamente inserite i dati richiesti attraverso il sistema informatico (fate attenzione a inserire i numeri di targa esatti), allegate il PDF dell’avvenuto pagamento della quota dovuta e inviate.
La registrazione sarà confermata esclusivamente solo dopo ricezione della richiesta 2019 con annessa copia ricevuta di avvenuto pagamento, in seguito riceverete mail con allegato un pass da presentare al momento dell'entrata nel parcheggio, riportante il vostro nominativo e la targa del mezzo. L’accesso al parcheggio camper sarà consentito dalle ore 16.00 di domenica 18 agosto.
Il costo del parcheggio camper per tutta la durata della manifestazione ammonta a 100 euro.
